Studio Duke is a professional recording studio based in Milnrow, Rochdale. Located just 15 minutes from Manchester city centre and 30 minutes from Leeds, it is easily accessible from across the North West.

The studio is owned and run by lead engineer Alfie Duke, a career musician, producer, and recording engineer with credits including Abbey Road Studios and the Co-op Live Arena. With strong links to the local music and creative community, Studio Duke offers a versatile space for a wide range of projects.

Our services cover all things audio, from music recording and production to podcasting, voiceover work, and full video production support.

Frequently asked questions

Why do i need to pay a deposit?

The deposit just secures your commitment to attending the session! - Most of the time the deposit is just a small bookings & processing cost. no more then 40%

What if I can no longer attend my session?

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy [READ HERE]
You can change the date of your session my emailing [Bookings@studioduke.co.uk]

What do I need to bring?

Nothing really... Unless you have something specific you would like to use. We do recommend bringing instruments!!

What can I use the studio for?

Anything creative! We love doing "Weird" & "not normal" recordings!!
We have an in-house content & video production team too! So from podcasts, music videos and social media. We have you covered!

Is there parking?

yes and lot's of it!

Can I eat in the studio?
Yes! - we have no kitchen... But there is a subway & Greggs a few steps away from the entrance!
Are there any rules in the studio?
Yes... Like most places we have some very strict rules when it comes to using our services, spaces and building! Read them HERE!
